Recipes

I've decided to eat a more Paleolithic diet in recent weeks, and I'm finding that it really makes me feel good. Basically, lean grass-fed or wild-caught proteins, lots of organic veggies and fruits, plus healthy sources of fat like avocados, nuts and seeds. As much as possible, I'm avoiding processed foods, dairy, grains and legumes.

(Still clinging to the cheese, but I've cut back quite a bit!)

I'll be listing links to recipes I've cooked, either my own or from other sites
